– Completed Advanced studies in Laser Refractive Surgery -> qualified to determine your suitability for laser vision correction and co-manage your treatment.

– State of Washington Department of Health- Optometry Section
– Dr. Doobay provides comprehensive eye care. This includes dry eye diagnosis/treatment, and pre/post laser refractive surgery management, he is also licensed to treat ocular diseases by prescribing medication. He is accepting new patients of all ages.
